Mattie Fisher

Mattie Wilmoth Fisher of Scottsburg, VA passed away July 13, 2018.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on February 28, 1925 and was 93 years of age.  She was the daughter of the late Samuel Ellis Wilmoth and the late Willie Mae Hatcher Wilmoth.
