Inez Anderson Newbill

Inez Anderson “Tootie” Newbill of South Boston, VA passed away April 26, 2018.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on November 24, 1926 and was 91 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Henry D. Anderson and the late Lillie Crews Anderson.  She was married to the late Wesley O. Doug Gibson officiating.
