Eula Perkins Vance Loftis

Eula Perkins Vance Loftis, age 91, passed away on February 1, 2018 at the Sentara Woodview. She was born in Halifax County, VA on August 30, 1926. She was the daughter of Eugene Thomas Perkins and Elizabeth Alexander Hughes Perkins. Mrs. Loftis was predeceased by her first husband, Milford Vance Sr. and husband Nelson Page Loftis. Also predeceased by son, Milford Vance Jr. and brothers, Sanford and Eugene Perkins.  She was a member of Berry Hill Presbyterian Church.   Eula Perkins Vance Loftis is survived by: Her son Sanford E. Vance, wife Peggi of Virginia Beach. Grandson Michael Vance and wife Trish and their children, Alexander and Madison of New Jersey Christopher Vance and wife Kathy and their son, Lucas Alexander of Florida Granddaughter Brandi V. Todd and husband David and their son, Jackson of Virginia Beach Cousins, nieces, nephews and friends   Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 4, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Betsy Soto officiating.
