William "Billy" Lewis Paxton, Sr.

Mr. William Lewis "Billy"? Paxton, Sr. of Scottsburg, VA passed away December 6, 2017.  He was born in Covington, VA on August 25, 1946 and was 71 years old. He was the son of the late Ira William Lewis Paxton and the late Margaret Childress Paxton Williams and step-father, Flave Alexander Williams.
