Teresa Lynn Hazelwood

Teresa Lynn Hazelwood of South Boston, VA passed away October 4, 2017.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on November 11, 1966 and was 50 years of age. She was the daughter of the late George Thomas Hazelwood, Sr. and Joyce Ann Martin Guthrie.
