Joyce Ellen Douglas

Mrs. Joyce Ellen Douglas of Halifax, VA passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017 at the Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital.  She was born September 7, 1939 in Augusta County, VA and was 78 years of age.
