Dorothy Hall Conner

Dorothy Hall Conner of South Boston, VA passed away August 14, 2017.  She was born in Charlotte County, VA on March 13, 1924 and was 93 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Henry Hall and the late Monie Martin Hall. She was married to the late Melvin J.
