Phillip Marshall Vaughan

Phillip Marshall Vaughan of Halifax, VA passed away August 13, 2017. He was born in Halifax County, VA on September 24, 1939 and was 77 years of age. He was the son of the late Oakley Vaughan and the late Margaret Eanes Vaughan.
