Minnie Frances Duffey

Mrs. Minnie Frances Hancock Duffey of Randolph, VA passed away April 17, 2017.  She was born in Halifax, County, VA on December 5, 1945 and was 71 years of age. She was the daughter of the late William Harvey Hancock and the late Frances Louise Conner Hancock. She was married to the late James Gray Duffey.   She was a member of Clover Baptist Church.     Mrs. Minnie Frances “Bonnie” Hancock Duffey is survived by: Two Daughters Sheila Diane D. Owen and husband Otis Theresa Gay Duffey and friend Michael Yates Grandchildren Stephanie Diane Owen and fiancé James Payton Otis “A.J.” Owen Jr. and wife Tiffany One Great Grandson Hunter Gray Payton   ***Preceded in death by*** Infant twin sons One Sister Helen Lacks   Funeral service will be held Friday, April 21, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tom Walker officiating.
