Sarah Henderson Lebsack

Mrs. Sarah Henderson Lebsack of Rocky Mount, NC, formerly of Halifax County, VA passed away Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Nash General Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC.  She was born December 6, 1920 in Halifax County, VA and was 96 years old.  She was the daughter of the late Herbert H. Henderson and the late Annie Dunn Henderson.  Sarah and her husband, Lt. Col. Alvin J. Lebsack would have celebrated their 72nd wedding anniversary on December 31, 2016.   She was a member of the Oak Level Presbyterian Church.   Mrs. Sarah Henderson Lebsack is survived by: Her Husband Alvin J. Lebsack of Rocky Mount, NC One Son Scott Lebsack and wife Kathleen of The Woodlands, TX One Daughter Sarah E. Lebsack and husband Stuart A. Moon of Rocky Mount, NC Four Grandchildren One Great Grandchild One Sister Margaret Dorman of Charlottesville, VA ***Preceded in death by*** Two sisters, Ruth Hodnett and Nancy Gee Two brothers, Howell Henderson and Charles Henderson   Funeral services will be held Friday, January 6. 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at the Oak Level Presbyterian Church with the Rev.
