Hazel Talley

Mrs. Hazel Martin Talley of South Boston, VA passed away December 28, 2016.  She was born in Halifax County on May 5, 1929 and was 87 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Claude Garland Martin, Sr. and the late Lula Francis Martin. She was married to the late Jack Gravitt Talley.   She was a member of Cherry Hill United Methodist Church.     Mrs. Hazel Talley is survived by: Two Sons Kenneth Talley and wife Pat of Martinsville, VA Malcolm Talley and wife Michele of Alton, VA One Daughter Betty Smoot and late husband James of Oxford, NC Eight Grandchildren Thirteen Great Grandchildren Three Great-Great Grandchildren One Brother Claude Garland Martin, Jr. and wife Jane of Lancaster, PA One Sister Margaret Blair and late husband James of Richmond, VA A number of nieces and nephews   Graveside service will be held Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Cherry Hill United Methodist Cemetery with the Rev.
