Miss Olivia Grace Noblin of Scottsburg, VA passed away Thursday, December 22, 2016. She was born in Richmond, VA February 10, 2000 and was 16 years old. She was the daughter of Stanley Leo Noblin Sr. and Emily Mitchell Noblin. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of South Boston. Olivia played varsity softball and varsity volleyball for the Halifax County High School. She was also a member of the Aftershock 18U showcase and a former member of the Lake Country Crushers showcase softball teams. Olivia was an avid outdoors person who loved hunting and fishing. Bob Balance conducting the service. The family will receive friends at First Baptist Church on Tuesday from 12:00 P.M. till service time at 2:00 PM and other times at her home.
