Virginia Ann Bridges

Mrs. Virginia Ann King Bridges of Halifax, VA passed away December 23, 2016.  She was born in Charlotte County, VA on December 15, 1927 and was 89 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Edward King and the late Minnie Lee Newcomb King. She was married to the late Edward Garland Bridges, Sr.   She was of the Baptist faith.     Mrs. Virginia Ann King Bridges is survived by: Two Daughters Carolyn Jean B. Bond of Greenville, VA Cynthia Lynn B. Robin and husband Anthony of Scottsburg, VA One Son Ronnie Lee Bridges and wife Betty of Amelia, VA One Brother Elgie King of Scottsburg, VA Eleven Grandchildren Thirteen Great Grandchildren   ***Preceded in death by*** One Son Edward Garland Bridges, Jr. Two Sisters Hattie Mildred McCloud Etta K. Martin One Brother Lewis King   Graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Halifax Memorial Gardens with the Rev.
