Danny Gene Franklin, Jr.

Mr. Danny Gene Franklin Jr., age 46, of South Boston, VA, passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2016 in Halifax County.  He was the son of the late Renee Arthur Franklin and Danny Gene Franklin Sr. who survives. Survivors include: His father Danny Gene Franklin Sr. and wife Phyllis of Scottsburg His daughter Renee Franklin of Graham, NC His maternal grandmother Pauline Arthur Brady of South Boston His Aunts Vikki A. Lowery of South Boston Sharon A. Pollard of Winston-Salem, NC He was preceded in death by his mother, Renaa Arthur Franklin, his grandfather, Anderson A. Arthur, his paternal grandparents, Henry Otis Franklin and Nora martin Franklin, and uncles, Donald Arthur, Ronnie Franklin, Dennis Franklin, and Jerry Franklin.Memorial service will be held Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Bethel Baptist Church at 1:00 P.M.
