Joanne Burton

Mrs. Joanne Sinning Burton of Halifax passed away October 13, 2016.  She was born in Halifax County, VA on September 19, 1946 and was 70 years old. She was the daughter of the late Earl Sinning and the late Thelma Guthrie Sinning.
