Mary Wendy Newbill

Ms. Mary Wendy Phillips Newbill of Danville, VA passed away October 8, 2016.  She was born in Halifax County on July 3, 1971 and was 45 years old. She was the daughter of H.C. Phillips, Sr. and Mary Coon Phillips.   She was a member of Beth Car Baptist Church, and past member of Halifax and North Halifax Volunteer Fire Department.     Ms. Mary Wendy Phillips Newbill is survived by: Two Daughters Mary Brittany Tharpe of Halifax, VA Courtney Paige Newbill of Halifax, VA Her Parents H.C. and Mary Phillips One Brother H.C.
