Rebecca E. Coulter

Ms. Rebecca E. Coulter of South Boston, VA passed away October 7, 2016 at the Sentara Woodview.  She was born March 9, 1930 in Halifax County, VA and was 86 years old.  She was the daughter of the late Corine Sadler Coulter.   Ms. Rebecca E.
