Donald Patrick Joseph

Mr. Donald Patrick Joseph of Halifax, VA passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC. He was born in New Castle, PA on January 25, 1933 and was 83 years old. He was the son of the late Michael Joseph and Margaret Zahuranic Joseph and was married to Charlotte Conley Joseph who survives.  He was a member of St. Paschals Catholic Church, was retired from ABB, and was a US Air Force Veteran. Survivors include: His wife Charlotte Conley Joseph of Halifax One daughter Joni Joseph Owens and husband Frosty of Halifax Two sons Jeff Joseph of Columbia, SC Donald Michael Joseph of Los Angeles, CA Two sisters Katherine Joseph Ludovici of New Castle, PA Michele Joseph Coy of Geneva, OH Four grandchildren Caitlin Owens Thompson and husband Charles of Greensboro, NC Robert “Bobby” Alan Owens of Denham Springs, LA Michael Joseph Owens of Arlington, VA Jeffrey Michael Joseph of Providence, RI Two great grandchildren Cole Edward Thompson and Elijah Patrick Thompson of Greensboro, NC Many special nieces and nephews A memorial service will be held at Powell Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, September 9, 2016 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Dr. Russell Lee officiating.  Following the service, a reception and luncheon will be held at Four Oaks Restaurant.
