Willie Trent Howerton

Mr. Willie Trent Howerton of South Boston passed away August 12, 2016. He was born in Halifax County on November 8, 1930 and was 85 years old. He was the son of the late William Trent Howerton and the late Willie Conner Howerton. He was also married to the late Zelma Newton Howerton.   He was a member of South Boston Seventh Day Adventist Church, and was a resident at Sentara Woodview Nursing Home.   Mr. Willie Trent Howerton is survived by: Three Sons Douglas Ray Howerton of Orange County, CA William David Howerton and wife Nancy of Alton, VA Carl Edward Howerton and wife Joyce of South Boston, VA Five Grandchildren Ashley Howerton, Casie Howerton, Travis Howerton, Samantha Howerton, David Wayne Howerton Two Great Grandchildren Joshua David Howerton Ryan Trent Howerton   ***Preceded in death by*** One Son Richard Lee Howerton Six Brothers Three Sisters   Graveside service will be held Monday, August 15, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at Cherry Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev.
