Mr. Alfred Eugene Francisco of Scottsburg passed away July 7, 2016. He was born in Halifax County on May 29, 1945 and was 71 years old. He was the son of the late Eugene Myers Francisco and Gertrude Williams Francisco.   He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.   Mr. Alfred Eugene Francisco is survived by: His Mother Gertrude W.
