Lillie Lewis

Mrs. Lillie Brown Lewis of Crystal Hill passed away June 7, 2016. She was born in Halifax County on March 14, 1927 and was 89 years old. She was married to the late James Madison “Shorty” Lewis.   She was a member of Crystal Hill Southern Baptist Church and the Crystal Hill Improvement Club. She retired from Craddock Terry Shoe Company.   Mrs. Lillie Brown Lewis is survived by: Two Sons Jack Randolph Holt, Jr. and wife Becky of Crystal Hill, VA James M. Lewis, Jr. and wife Diane of Richmond, VA Ten Grandchildren Brandie Fand, Candis Meeks, Dwayne Holt, Scott Holt, Chad Holt, Angela Morfin, Nina Hazelwood, Randy Morris, Sam Morris and Aubin Lewis Twenty Great Grandchildren   ***Preceded in death by*** Her Parents One Son Dwight G. Holt and wife Marianne Holt Five Brothers Seven Sisters   Funeral service will be held Friday, June 10, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Crystal Hill Southern Baptist Church with the Rev. Chris Sorenson officiating.
