Ruby Hancock Hughes

Mrs. Ruby Hancock Hughes of South Boston passed away May 3, 2016. She was born in Halifax County on February 3, 1932and was 84 years old. She was the daughter of the late George Hancock and the late Guineville Hancock. She was also married to the late Robert Beckwith Hughes.   She was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church.   Mrs. Ruby Hancock Hughes is survived by: One Daughter Diane Yow and husband Ricky of Randleman, NC One Son Danny Briggs and wife Janice of Randleman, NC One Sister Margaret Adcock of Oxford, NC Four Grandchildren Seven Great Grandchildren   ***Preceded in death by*** Her Parents George and Guineville Hancock Her Husband Robert Beckwith Hughes   Graveside service will be held Friday, May 6, 2016 at 2:00P.M. at St. John’s Episcopal Church Cemetery with the Pastor Rick Yow officiating.   For memorials please consider Randolph Hospice House, 446 Vision Drive, Asheboro, NC 27203.
