Howard Burch Womack

Mr. Howard Burch Womack of Scottsburg passed away Monday, March 28, 2016. He was born in Halifax County on August 6, 1930 and was 85 years old.  He was the son of the late Henry Watson Womack and the late Nannie Owen Womack. He was married to Alice Pickeral Womack who survives.   He was a member of Church of God, and was a retired foreman with the Virginia Department of Transportation.   Mr. Howard Burch Womack is survived by: His wife Alice P. Womack of South Boston, VA Christine W. Bane of Scottsburg, VA Minnie W. Gordon of Fredericksburg, VA Oneal W. McCormick of Tuberville, VA Linda W. Bomar   Graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Halifax Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Greg McCormick officiating.
