Mrs. Rachel Lynn Looney Coleman of South Boston, VA and formerly of Grundy, VA passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital. She was born in Buchanan County, VA on December 18, 1975 and was 40 years old. She was the daughter of Bill Fields and Patricia Ann Stiltner Taylor and attended First Baptist Church of Millstone. Survivors include: Two daughters Rosalynn Coleman of South Boston Paige C. Hammock and husband Kenneth of Cluster Springs One son Dennis Coleman Jr. of Halifax Her father Bill Fields of Buchanan Her mother Patricia Ann Stiltner of Abington One sister Heather Houghton of South Boston Eight brothers James Looney and wife Mary of Chilhowie Joseph Looney and wife Mary of Harmony Russell Looney and wife Janie of South Boston Jamie Fields of Piketon, OH William Fields of Nathalie Billy Fields of Beaver, OH Bill Brandon Fields of Nathalie Terry N. Taylor of Abington Three grandchildren A memorial service will be held at Powell Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 5:00 PM with Rev. Eddie Woody officiating. Burial will follow at a later date in Grundy, VA.
