Teresa Anderson Carr

Mrs. Teresa Anderson Carr of Nathalie, VA passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at her home. She was born in Halifax County, VA on July 5, 1958 and was 57 years old. She was the daughter of the late Cam Anderson and Arey Guthrie Anderson and was married to Ronald Edwin Carr. She was a member of Catawba Baptist Church and was employed by Aquatics Bathware. Survivors include: Her husband Ronald Edwin Carr of Nathalie One son William Henry Quarles III of Nathalie Two daughters Rhonda Fears and special friend Billy McGhee of Nathalie April Francis and husband Chad of Nathalie Two sisters Pat Roberts of South Boston Angie Laws and husband Daylon of Blythewood, SC One brother Tim Anderson of Nathalie Eight grandchildren Nick and Dustin Fears, Christopher McGhee, Austin, Erick, and Cadence Quarles, and Trigg and Reed Francis. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Catawba Baptist Church with Rev. Dib Mills and Rev LeRoy Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Ellis Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Andy Ferguson officiating. The family will receive friends at Powell Funeral Home on Monday evening from 6-8:00 P.M. and other times at her home, 2007 Hunting Creek Road, Nathalie.
