Anna Grace Burton Gladfelter

Mrs. Anna Grace Burton Gladfelter of South Boston, VA passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Berry Hill Health and Rehab. She was born in Washington, DC on November 20, 1943 and was 72 years old. She was the daughter of the late Herbert Eager Burton and Ester Raun Burton and was married to the late Bruce LeRoy Gladfelter. Survivors include: Six daughters Terri Gisher (Brian) of Hanover, PA Karen Knox (Terry) of Hanover, PA Mary Gladflelter (Steve) of Glouster, VA Wendy Gladfelter (Kevin) of Buckner, KY Penny Smith (Dan) of Oak Level, VA Cathy Chapin (Ronnie) of Timberlake, NC Three sons Bruce Gladfelter (Sheri) of Jacksonville, NC Herbert Gladfelter of Hanover, PA Robert Gladfelter of Richmond, VA Best friend Sharon Kline of Hanover, PA 24 grandchildren 8 great grandchildren Preceded in death by 2 sons, James Gladfelter and Thomas Gladfelter and her long-time companion Ernest Clay A graveside service will be held Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Oakland Cemetery, Scottsburg with Rev. Timothy West officiating.
