Mr. Wesley Halton Black of Scottsburg, VA passed away Saturday, January 30, 2016 at the Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital. He was born September 11, 1936 in Orange County, NC and was 79 years old. He was the son of the late Fred lee Black, Sr. and the late Stella Elizabeth Bowers Black and was married to Mary Lee Miles Black, who survives. He was a member of the True Light Baptist Church and also help establish the East Roxboro Church of God. He was self-employed and known as “ a jack of all trades”.
