Mrs. Dorothy Mae Campbell of Nathalie passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on January 28, 2016. She was born in Auburn, Maine on July 19, 1940 and was 75 years old. She was the daughter of the late Elbridge G. Harris and the late Mary F. Harris. She was married to Norman H. Campbell, who survives. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Portsmouth, VA, where she was a long time member and taught Sunday school. She also worked at the Central Baptist Church School as a teacher’s aide and substitute. In 2006 she retired from Food Lion, in Portsmouth, VA as a DSD Receiver. She was employed there for many years and took pride in a job well done. She was a loving wife and mother, who will be greatly missed by her family.
