Mr. Charlie Talcott Nichols, Jr. of South Boston passed away January 17, 2016. He was born in the Halifax County, VA on September 9, 1925 and was 90 years old. He was the son of the late Charles T. Nichols, Sr. and the late Martha Ann Crews Nichols. He was married to Laura Huskey Nichols who survives. He was a member of First Baptist Church of South Boston. He served in the United States Marines during World War II and he retired from Export Leaf as a tobacconist. Bob Ballance, Rev Susan Davis and Rev. Dave Anderson officiating. Burial to follow in Halifax Memorial Gardens.
