Virginia Snead

Mrs. Virginia Conner Snead of Halifax County passed away December 16, 2015. She was born in Halifax County on October 25, 1929 and was 86 years old.  She was the daughter of the late William Conner and the late Cornelia Conner. She was also married to the late John Ellis Snead, Jr.   She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.   Mrs. Virginia Conner Snead is survived by: One Son Stuart Snead of South Boston, VA Four Grandchildren Stephanie Snead of South Boston, VA Travis Snead and wife Brittany of Moneta, VA Beverly Seamster and husband Bobby of Scottsburg, VA April Blankenship and husband Scott of Clarksville, VA Two Daughters-in-law Bonita Snead of Scottsburg, VA Sandra Smith of South Boston, VA Three Great Grandchildren Jacie Snead of South Boston, VA Zach Seamster of Scottsburg, VA Maddox Wayne Snead of Moneta, VA Two Sisters Two Brothers   ***Preceded in death by*** Her Parents William and Cornelia Conner Her Husband John Ellis Snead, Jr. One Son Wayne “Heavy” Snead Two Brothers   Graveside service will be held Friday, December 18, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev.
