Lou Etta Blackstock

Mrs. Lou Etta Smith Blackstock of Nathalie, VA passed away December 13, 2015. She was born in Chattanooga, TN on June 17, 1934 and she was 81 years old.  She was the daughter of the late James Smith and the late Irene Carpenter Smith. She was married to Harvey Rexwell Blackstock who survives.   She was a member of Hunting Creek Baptist Church.Mrs. Lou Etta Smith Blackstock is survived by: Her Husband Harvey Rexwell Blackstock of Nathalie, VA Two Daughters Linda Carol Blackstock of Nathalie, VA Brenda B. Powell and husband Wilson of Clover, VA Two Sons Dwight Allen Blackstock and wife Pat of Richmond, VA Steve Rexwell Blackstock and wife Delores of Madison Heights, VA One Sister Evelyn Reighard and husband Gene of Topton, NC Three Brothers Ray Smith and wife Dottie of Pensacola, FL Billy Smith of Ackworth, GA Jimmy Smith and wife Ann of Robinsville, NC Three Grandchildren Steve Riley Blackstock and wife Holly of Clover, VA Melissa Miles and husband Don of Richmond, VA Jessica Blackstock Richmond, VA Three Step-grandchildren Ashley Brooks and Mike Brooks of Lynchburg, VA Tammy Nelson and husband Forrest of Mechanicsville, VA Three Great Grandchildren A number of Nieces and Nephews   ***Preceded in death by*** Her Parents James and Irene Carpenter Smith One Brother Jack Smith   Funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Hunting Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Sean McGuire, Rev. Lee Cooper and Rev. LeRoy Davis officiating.
