Sharon Hodges Gray

Sharon Hodges Gray of Farmville, VA and formerly of South Boston, VA passed away November 29, 2015 at Lynchburg General Hospital. She was born in South Boston on September 15, 1956 and was 59 years old.  She was the daughter of the late Elisha Edward “Ted” Hodges Jr. and Barbara Chaney Hodges who survives. She was of the Baptist Faith and was a retired Probation Officer with Piedmont Court Services. Survivors include: Her son Richard Edward Gray of Farmville, VA Her Mother Barbara Chaney Hodges of Farmville, VA One Sister Terri H. Holt of South Boston, VA One Brother Elisha Edward “Ted” Hodges III and wife Sarah of Farmville, VA A number of nieces and nephews   A memorial service will be held Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Powell Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM with Rev. Randy Holmes officiating.   Those wishing to give memorials should consider a local animal shelter.
