Virginia Sarah Guill

Mrs. Virginia Sarah Seay Guill of Halifax County passed away November 23, 2015. She was born in Halifax County, VA on January 10, 1923 and she was 92 years old.  She was the daughter of the late Clarence Edward Seay and the late Virginia Alina Mims Seay. She was married to the late Charlie Holt Guill.   She was a member of Clover United Methodist Church and a member of the WMU.   Mrs. Virginia Sarah Seay Guill is survived by: A number of nieces and nephews     ***Preceded in death by*** Her Parents Clarence Edward and Virginia Alina Mims Seay Her Husband Charlie Holt Guill One Sister Mary “Queenie” Seay Five Brothers Charlie Seay William Seay Lawrence Seay Hubert Seay James Seay   Funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Aubrey Heath and Rev. Kerry Halbert officiating. Burial to follow at Clover Cemetery.   The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home and other times her home, 6101 Green Level Road, Scottsburg, VA.   For memorials please consider the Clover United Methodist Church.
