Mr. Edgar Lloyd "Louwee" Smith Jr. of Scottsburg, VA passed away September 28, 2015. He was born in the Halifax County VA. on May 25, 1972 and was 43 years old. He was the child of Edgar Lloyd Smith,Sr. and Doris T. and James Carter. He was of the Baptist faith and a former member of Midway Volunteer Fire Department.
