Betty Sue Estes Conner

Mrs. Betty Sue Estes Conner of South Boston, VA passed away Monday, June 15, 2015 at the Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital. She was born September 18, 1946 in Halifax County, VA and was 68 years old. She was the daughter of the late Archer Lee Estes and the late Marie Howerton Estes. She was a retired cook at Ernie's Restaurant. Mrs. Betty Sue Estes Conner is survived by: Three Daughters Rita C. Osborne and husband Charles of South Boston Sherry Annette Conner of Providence, NC Susan C. Elliott and husband Chris of Halifax One Son Ray M. Conner III and Anne Carlton Gravitt of South Boston Six Grandchildren Eric & Sissy Osborne Jennifer Crews Taylor Henderson Jacob & Emilee Elliott Five Great- Grandchildren Nicholas, Dylan, Axl, Conner and Temper Crews Memorial services will be held Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Doug Gibson officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7-8:30 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home and other times at the home of Susan Elliott, 1048 E. Oak Hill Drive, Halifax, Virginia.
