Mrs. Eugenia Landrum Smith of Scottsburg, Virginia died Monday, June 1, 2015 at her home. She was born November 11, 1939 in Halifax County, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Kelly Lee Landrum and Bertha Terry Landrum. She was also preceded in death by her husband Irvin Layne Smith. Mrs. Smith was a member of Scottsburg Baptist Church. Mrs. Eugenia Landrum Smith is survived by: Two Daughters Jane Smith Conner & husband Billy of Scottsburg, VA Brenda Smith Crews & husband Mike of Carrollton, VA Four Grandsons Chris Conner of Charlotte, NC Derek Conner of Scottsburg, VA Joseph Crews & wife Anna of Smithfield, VA Jacob Crews of Carrollton,VA Two Brothers Buddy Landrum & wife Shirley of Halifax, VA Robert Lee Landrum & wife Sally of Halifax, VA ***She was also preceded in death by One brother, Garland Landrum A Graveside Service will be held at Oakland Cemetery in Scottsburg, Virginia on Thursday, June 7, 2015 at 11:00 A.
