Mrs. Regina Reid Womack of South Boston, Virginia died Friday, May 08, 2015 at her home. She was born June 5, 1933 in Eagle Rock, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Olan F. Reid and Clara Reid and was married to the late Hurley Lee Womack, Sr. Mrs. Womack was a member of Mountain Road Baptist church and American Legion Post 8 Ladies Auxillary. She was retired from Southside Regional Juvenile Group Home after thirty years of service. Mrs. Regina Reid Womack is survived by: Five Daughters Janet W. Perkins of Halifax Patricia W. Vaughan & husband Larry of Halifax Donna W. Womack & fiance Eddie Poole of Scottsburg Kimberly W. Conner & husband Benjamin of Halifax Melody W. Anderson & husband Jerry of Dry Fork Two Sons Ronald E. Womack & wife June of Rebecca, Georgia Hurley Lee Womack, Jr. & wife Sandra of South Boston Three sisters-in-law Ama Reid of Roanoke Fay Reid of Roanoke Carolyn Perkins of Vernon Hill 16 Grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren, a number of nieces, nephews and special grandchildren ***Preceded in death by One Son, Robert C. M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Pamela Spencer and The Rev. Eddie Collins officiating. Burial will be held Tuesday at 1:00 P. M. in the Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery in Eagle Rock. The family will receive friends at Powell Funeral Home, Sunday night from 7 until 8:30 P.
