Johnny Wayne Womack, Jr.

Mr. Johnny Wayne Womack, Jr. of Halifax, VA passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015. He was born in Halifax County, VA April 4, 1972 and was 42 years old. He was the son of the late Johnny Wayne Womack, Sr. and Brenda Brizendine Womack, who survives. He attended the South Boston Church of God. Mr. Johnny Wayne Womack is survived by: His Mother Brenda Brizendine Womack of Halifax One Sister Krystal Dawn Womack & Jeremy Mitchell of Halifax One nephew Evan Wayne Mitchell A number of aunts, uncles and cousins. His grandmother Doris Hogan Brizendine Thompson passed on February 4th, 2015 just 4 days after his passing. Funeral services will be held at Powell Funeral Home Chapel Friday, February 6th, at 11:00 A. M. with burial to follow in the Halifax Memorial Gardens. The Rev. T. Wayne Daniels and The Rev.Rick Whitlow will conduct the service. The family will receive friends at Powell Funeral Home for one hour prior to the service and other times at the home of his mother, 3039 L.P.
