Mrs. Doris Palmer Crews Mitchell of Nathalie, VA passed away Monday, February 02, 2015 at the Woodview Nursing Home. She was born in Halifax County, VA on June 19, 1929 and was 85 years old. She was the daughter of the late Charlie Carlton Crews and the late Susie Palmer Crews and was married to the late Raymond P. Mitchell, Jr. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Doris Palmer Crews Mitchell is survived by: Cousins Ted and Michele Crews of Nathalie Richard and Jean Woosley of Nathalie One Step-Brother Steve Garber and wife Penny of Lynchburg, VA Many other relatives and friends She was preceded in death by: One Brother William Carlton Crews Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the Catawba Baptist Church Cemetery.
