Doris Younger Ferguson

Mrs. Doris Younger Ferguson of Nathalie, VA passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015 at the Virginia Baptist Hospital in Lynchburg, VA. She was born in Pittsylvania County, VA on February 5, 1936 and was 78 years old. She was the daughter of the late William Andrew Younger and the late Lillian Wilson Younger and was married to the late Lowell Thomas Ferguson. She was a member of the Memorial Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Doris Younger Ferguson is survived by: Four Sons Lowell Thomas Ferguson, Jr. and wife Debbie of Dunn, NC Andy Ferguson and wife Ginger of Nathalie Glenn Ferguson and wife Beth of Nathalie Rod Ferguson and wife Michelle of Richmond, VA Ten Grandchildren Brittany Coburn and husband Chris of Coats, NC Lowell Thomas Ferguson III of Coats, NC Samuel Ferguson of Dunn, NC Jonathan, Caleb, Lydia and Bethany Ferguson all of Nathalie Walker, MacKenzie and Lillian Grace Ferguson of Richmond, VA One Great Grandson David Glenn Coburn of Coats, NC Two Sisters Lois Younger Motley of Richmond, VA Marilyn Younger Johnson of Richmond, VA Preceded in death by: One brother, Kenneth Lawson Younger Memorial service will be held Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the Memorial Presbyterian Church in Volens, Va., with the Rev. Doug Spurlock, Rev. Andy Ferguson and Tom Ferguson. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
