Mrs. Mirtie Lee Perkins Hall of Halifax, VA passed away Monday, January 19, 2015 at the River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Washington, NC. She was born on July 19, 1924 and was 90 years old. She was the daughter of the late Kenny Perkins and Dora Cole Perkins and was married to the late Junius B. Hall. Mrs. Hall was a member of Scottsburg Baptist Church and was a Supervisor with the Seaton Electronics Plant. Mrs. Mirtie Lee Perkins Hall is survived by: One daughter Judy Hall Page (Eugene) of Ayden, NC Two sons Dr. Bobby R. Hall (Carolyn) of Halifax, VA Ronnie L. Hall Mary of Chocowinity, NC Two sisters Marie Johnson (Marshall) of MI Faye Endland of Battle Creek, MI Seven grandchildren Meredith Amador, Melody Byrum, Robert J. Hall, Sr., Karen Hayner, Hunter Hall, Parker Hall & Ashley Hall Ten great-grandchildren ***Preceded in death by Four brothers, Arnold, Millis, Buster & Dennis Perkins A funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Scottsburg Baptist Church at 11:00 AM with Rev. Brian Smutz & Rev. Allen Mahan officiating. Burial will follow in Halifax Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the church for one hour prior to the church and other times at the home of her son, Dr. Bobby & Carolyn Hall, 1185 Hendricks Road, Halifax, VA.
