Irvin Robertson Glass

Mr. Irvin Robertson "Robbie" Glass Jr. of Nathalie, VA passed away on November 2, 2014 at Halifax Regional Hospital. He was born in Halifax County on October 10, 1949 and was 65 years old. He was the son of the late Irvin R. Glass Sr. and Thelma Hall Glass. He was a member of Hunting Creek Baptist Church, was a farmer, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Survivors include: Three brothers Hugh R. Glass and wife Grey of Clover Kenneth W. Glass and wife Judy of Nathalie Jimmy G. Glass of Nathalie Special Aunt Parry Lee Hall of Nathalie Special friend "Maggie" Host of nieces and nephews Preceded in death by a twin brother at birth, brother, John T. Glass, and sister-in-law Velma Glass. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Hunting Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jim McAllister officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 7-8:30 PM at Hunting Creek Baptist Church and other times at the home of Kenneth and Judy Glass, 2188 TN Snow Road, Nathalie, VA 24577.
