Junius B. Hall

Mr. Junius B. Hall of Hendricks Road, Halifax, VA passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at his home. He was born in Benson, NC on October 16, 1926 and was 88 years old. He was the son of the late Arthur B. Hall and Lucy Edwards Hall and was married to Mirtie Lee Perkins Hall who survives. He was a member of Scottsburg Baptist Church, was retired from Burlington Industries, and was a WWII US Navy Veteran. Survivors include: His wife Mirtie Lee Perkins Hall of Halifax One daughter Judy Hall Page (Eugene) of Ayden, NC Two sons Dr. Bobby R. Hall (Carolyn) of Halifax Ronnie L. Hall (Mary) of Chocowinity, NC Three sisters Pauline Hall Webb of Dunn, NC Jean Hall Parrish of Benson, NC Linda Hall Herring (LM) of Dunn, NC Seven grandchildren Meredith Amador, Melody Byrum, Robert J. Hall, Sr., Karen Hayner, Hunter Hall, Parker Hall, and Ashley Hall. Ten great grandchildren Sister-in-law, Doris Hall of Garner, NC Brother-in-law, Charles West of Dunn, NC Preceded in death by one sister, Ailene H. West and one brother, Ezra Hall A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Scottsburg Baptist Church at 12:00 PM with Rev. Brian Smutz and Rev. Allen Mahan officiating. Burial will follow at Halifax Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the church for 1 hour prior to the service and other times at his home.
