Mrs. Algie Whitlow Wade, 79, of Nathalie, VA died Thursday, October 30, 2014 at her home. She was born in Person County, NC on May 16, 1935. She was the daughter of the late George W. Poole and the late Helen Young Poole and was married to the late Howard F. Wade. She was a member of Childrey Baptist Church. Mrs. Wade is survived by: Her Son Randy J. Whitlow and wife Randi B. of Gordonsville, VA Five Grandchildren Katie W. Berlin and husband Dan of Richmond, VA Megan B. Collier and husband Robert of Waynesboro, VA Alison B. White and husband Van of Richmond, VA Lauren B. Durrer and husband Evan of Charlottesville, VA Robin B. Chandler and husband Jeff of Crozet, VA Four Great Grandchildren Two Sisters Maxine Dean of Oxford, NC Faye Humphries and husband Gary of Roxboro, NC A number of nieces and nephews Graveside services will be held Sunday, November 2, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church of Millstone cemetery with the Rev Jerry Stanfield officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 7:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home.
