Frances Gravitt Moore

Ms. Frances Gravitt Moore of South Boston, Virginia died Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Halifax Regional Hospital. She was born in Halifax County, Virginia July 24, 1932 and was 82 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Thornton Gravitt and Evelyn Wilbourne Gravitt. Ms. Moore was a retired employee of J.P. Stevens. Ms. Frances Gravitt Moore is survived by: One Daughter Brenda Gayle Adams of South Boston One Sister-in-law: Alo isia Gravitt of South Boston Many special nieces and nephews *** In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by One son, Samuel Steele Adams, Jr., Grandson Seth Adams, Two brothers, William & Thornton Gravitt, Two sisters, Margaret Gravitt Cassada & Florence Gravitt Matze A Graveside Service will be held at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. with the Rev.
