Deborah Mildred Vicks Whitlow

Mrs. Deborah Mildred Vicks Whitlow of South Boston, Virginia died Friday, July 11, 2014 at the Halifax Regional Hospital. She was born February 22, 1952 in Halifax County, Virginia and was 62 years old. She was the daughter of the late James Henry Vicks and the late Mildred McCormick Vicks. She attended Revelation Baptist Church. Ms. Deborah Mildred Vicks Whitlow is survived by: One Son Kyle Whitlow of Roxboro, NC One Daughter Sabrina Whitlow of Roxboro, NC One brother David James Vicks of South Boston A number of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews A Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dean King officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Powell Funeral Home for one hour prior to the service.
