Brian Kenneth Pumphrey

Mr. Brian Kenneth Pumphrey of Fowler Trail, South Boston, VA passed away Saturday, July 5, 2014 at his home. He was born in Miami-Dade Florida on January 2, 1962 and was 52 years old. He was the son of the late Kenneth Stanley Pumphrey and the late Sara Frances Rogers. He was employed by the Town of South Boston. Survivors include: Three daughters Chiqueta Pumphrey of Eden, NC Krystal Pumphrey of South Boston Jennifer Pumphrey of South Boston Three sons Brian K. Pumphrey, Jr. of Greensboro, NC Jonathan Pumphrey of South Boston Christopher Pumphrey of Myrtle Beach, SC Eleven grandchildren A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Bryant officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Tuesday evening at Powell Funeral Home from 7-8:30 PM and other times at his home, 1061 Fowler Trail, South Boston.
