David Bradley Hazelwood

Mr. David Bradley Hazelwood of Halifax, VA, died Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Halifax Regional Hospital. He was born in Halifax County on June 14, 1948 and was 66 years old. He was the son of the late Willie Lee Hazelwood Jr. and Annie King Hazelwood and was married to Jean Marie Moore Hazelwood. He was a member of Clover Living Waters Church of God. Survivors include: His wife Jean Marie Moore Hazelwood of Halifax Children Brenda Wilmoth of Halifax Janet Perkins and husband Ray of Halifax Eddie Wilmoth of Halifax Three sisters Daisy Franklin of Scottsburg Barbara Hazelwood and husband Joe of Clover Ida Conner and husband Mitchell of Halifax One brother Eldridge Hazelwood of Dryburg Nine grandchildren Thirteen great grandchildren He was preceded in death by two sisters, Catherine H. Rock and Carol Sue Hazelwood A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Union United Methodist Church with Pastor Ray Perkins officiating.
