Ruby Francisco Williams

Mrs. Ruby Francisco Williams of Williams Road, Clover, VA passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2014 at her home. She was born in Halifax County on February 24, 1921 and was 93 years old. She was the daughter of the late Edward James Francisco and Eva Frenchie Franklin Francisco and was married to the late Samuel Issac Williams. She was a member of the Clover Methodist Church. Survivors include: Three sons Bobby Williams and wife Mary Lee of Clover Sammy Williams and wife Linda of Clover Frankie Williams and wife Reavely of Greensboro, NC One sister Becky Hodges and husband Bill of Richmond Two brothers Harry Francisco and wife Joyce of Richmond Ronnie Francisco and wife Jean of Clays Mill Ten grandchildren Thirteen great grandchildren Devoted Caregivers: Ruth McGhee, Kitty Gause, Virginia Martin, Iris Redd, Ethel Everhardt, and Faye Keene Preceded in death by one son, Mark Williams, Five sisters, and four brothers A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Aubrey Heath officiating. Burial will follow at the Clover Cemetery. A visitation will be at Powell Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 7-8:30 PM and other times at her home.
