Leslie D. Headrick

Mr. Leslie D. Headrick of Nathalie passed away Thursday, May 22, 2014 at his home. He was born in Richmond, VA on April 22, 1950 and was 64 years old. He was the son of his beloved Mother, Josie Kathleen Brickey Headrick and his father, the late Benjamin Herman Headrick and was married to Barbara Ann Knick Headrick who survives. He was of the Baptist faith and was retired from the Maintenance Department of the Waynesboro High School. He attended Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind (VSDB) in Staunton, VA. Other survivors include: One step-daughter Betty C. Vaughan and husband Sammy of Halifax Three sisters Eula Jean Walker and husband Bruce of Richmond Phyllis Ann Lockridge and husband Clifton of Roanoke Linda Sue Headrick of Oregon One step-granddaughter Brooke Ann Hoke of Nathalie A number of Nieces and Nephews He was preceded in death by one step-grandson Steven Hoke A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 25, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
